LJM is looking to hire 1-2 Full Time and Part Time bridal & bridesmaids sales consultants immediately. The positions require 3-5 days/week and Saturdays are required! The applicant must be polished and maintain a professional appearance and attitude toward clients and co-workers. Retail background is required with a preference for luxury retail experience. Ability to maintain professional and mature mannerism in all circumstances is a must. Training will be through working one on one with clients and shadowing a current sales consultant so listening and learning by example are important.
Pay is hourly with a commission structure with bonus and monthly sales incentives. LJM members work as a team. Customer service is of our utmost concern with our clients. We pride ourselves on our referral business and ability to become like family with our brides and clients through such an important time.
Position also requires ability to manage time when not working with an appointment through tasks such as email and phone follow up, social media updates, upscale vendor knowledge & recommendations, and organization in relation to cleanliness of boutique. Knowledge of apple products and office software is a HUGE plus!
